The staff were lovely and truly made this such a special place to stay. While other hotels may offer more modern facilities, Oyado Kiyomizuya provided a unique, authentic experience, from a peaceful private onsen, to spacious tatami mat rooms, to delicious kaiseki dinner and breakfast and more. "I didn't realize the hotel was newly opened (earlier this year). Room was very spacious with lots of seating and comfortable beds. Welcome drink bar was a nice touch, and the morning breakfast was great. Public bath was really nice with an indoor and outdoor area. Parking was easy, staff were helpful, and it was pretty close to the airport too."
