Our main issue was communication. We were not informed at check-in that certain pool areas were reserved for members only. We spent time there on our first day and were told the next day that we could not use that area. We understand some information may have been covered during the welcome presentation, which we chose not……

“Reynaldo at the front door was amazing. He greeted us each time we came or left. Helped with parking and luggage. Answered questions about the hotel or nearby offerings. Was just "down home" friendly and seemed to genuinely care about us. I have a cousin who visits Aruba regularly and stays at the Ritz. I think that is indulgent when the Holiday Inn offers such a comfortable facility right in the middle of so many shopping and eating options.”

“The rooms were big and spacious. The property is well kept and beach area is plentiful. The pools are large and spacious and appropriate for all ages. The only down side is the pathways around the property is limited and makes it tough for customers with disabilities to easily get around.”

“Hotel is in a great location because it is across the street from the main downtown shops/restaurants. Also it was great to go back and forth from the beach and pool all day. Swim up bar is in a great location for a beach day or pool day”

“Beautiful site. We loved the free drinks (non-alcoholic for us) and snacks in the evening. They have an amazing breakfast buffet. We saved hundreds of dollars on food expenses staying here! The staff was all kindness, rooms clean and well maintained. Take the free electric bikes to eagle beach for the day. It’s a lovely time!”
