"酒店位置很偏僻，关键旁边就是陵园/墓地，而这一事实在Hotels.com上并没有披露。我们在抵达时发现，进入酒店首先需要经过这个陵园/墓地。房间里面非常阴冷，我们的第一反应就是应该尽快离开。随后我们联系司机接我们第一时间离开了酒店。强烈不建议选择这家酒店。此外，说一下Hotels.com，虽然我们在第一时间联系了Hotels.com的客服，并向客服人员反馈了以上事实，要求Hotels.com免费取消房间。我们按照客服人员的要求提供了相关照片。但遗憾的是Hotels.com并没有跟进处理退款，而是非常不负责任且简单粗暴的回答“根据协议无法免费取消”。 The hotel is located in a remote area, with a cemetery/burial ground nearby, which is not disclosed on Hotels.com. "It was set in a beautiful, lush area with bus access to many outings in Hakone. The hotel is an older one, with some renovations underway, but our room was big with a private bath fed by the hot springs, a definite highlight. Every dinner and breakfast was unique and flavorful. All of the staff was engaging and respectful. "

"The room is gorgeous with spacious living room. We enjoyed everything, from onsen, kitchen island and the dining area. This is a perfect hotel for relax and enjoying. The only drawback is that there's not much nearby. Also a little unsafe walking from the station, as the hotel is located along the curve road with cars and trucks approaching fast. We ended of calling cab every time since returned in the evening. "

"Staff was attentive, prompt, and kind. I stayed for four nights; one night I had forgotten to book a time slot for the onsen, and they still made sure I had one later in the evening. Above and beyond. Thanks! "

"Overall this hotel was a great experience. The open air onsen was the star of the show. The view of mount fuiji was breathtaking! The one downside to this hotel was that there’s not a ton to do immediately surrounding the hotel, however it is literally right next to the station making travel convenient and easy. "

"I love the beautiful scenery, the wonderful activities from the karaoke, bowling, tennis/badminton, and especially the onsen. The shuttle bus from the Nebukawa station is really helpful to get to the hotel without walking about 30 minutes from the station."
