「A grand decorated hotel with excellent pool and beach 」

「It's a basic 3 star hotel located in the hills, price performance is good but room is not comfortable. More or less a motel.」

「The Pros Perfect Location: The hotel is in an ideal spot, and our room had a great location with a wonderful private patio. Excellent AC & Cleanliness: The property was very clean. The biggest highlight was having individual mini-split AC controls—a total dealbreaker for us. Dinner Perks: Unlimited wine carafes during dinner. The Cons Cramped Room & Zero Privacy: The room was very small, barely fitting a corner closet and two chairs. Worse, the bathroom was separated from the bed by only a...

「Lovely facilities and rooms, however service was extremely slow and very mixed attitudes. Examples being nearly impossible to order food/drinks at the pool due to lack of staff and then a very long wait to receive. Dirty towels in room were taken during cleaning and not replaced, called down to ask and they still didn’t replaced them. Generally was very hard work to get service out of the staff and often met with the attitude that you were an inconvenience.」

「The hotel is very beautiful. The 2 starred restaurant is excellent. But you have to check out at 11am, a bit too early. The concierges are quite arrogant, no smile. But the view of our rooms are gorgeous.」
