「l'appartement est très bien situé. Les bus et tram sont proches. Il faut être assez sportif pour monter dans le quartier pour le faire à pied. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, au RDC, calme, bien équipé, spacieux. Il fait un peu chaud dans l'appartement l'été. La climatisation serait bienvenue. 」

「This was a great place to stay for my week long trip to Nice. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station and 5-10 minute walk from the waterfront, so the location was perfect for both exploring Nice and doing day trips nearby. So many nearby shops, restaurants, and things to do, all walkable. The apartment had everything you could need - full kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom.
