「Public corridors were not cleaned daily, crumbs on the floor constantly. Water machine I was told had been broken for years, no maintenance request to fix it obviously. Breakfast left something to be desired, juice machine didn’t work throughout half my stay and the offerings were the same every day. Breakfast server was the most unfriendly person in the entire world, do not have unfriendly people working in the morning. Thin walls and people up until 2 AM talking loudly.」
