“Beautiful property and surroundings but the rooms are very basic and not clean. We had plumbing issues that weren't fixed during our stay and the breakfast was less than desirable. If you only need a place to sleep then it's okay, but very lacking for anything more.”

“The service is excellent, and the cuisine is delicious. The first room I stayed in had ants, and after informing the front desk, they came to wipe it down, but it didn't help. I was moved to a different room, and to my amazement, I discovered a large cockroach one night. I literally departed that night, even though I had to leave the following day. Worst of all, when I arrived to my friend's hotel, I discovered two little roaches in my suitcase. They need someone to come in and spray the……

The lack of staff at night and staff not having access or knowledge on how to get a updated key to A guest. This all was going on during carnival weekend so you know I was impaired and had to deal with this. No discount was offered nothing to Accommodate my inconvenience. Other than that had a great stay! ”
