"This home is amazing. We had 18 people here (10 children and 8 adults), and you would never have known it. We went for NYE and a friend's 40th bday celebration. Everything was perfect. The house almost looked too good to be true from the pictures, I thought it may have been fake ha! It most definitely was not. A favorite: sitting in the living room by the fire looking out the windows (each one looking like a painting) was so relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again."

The property owners/management were wonderful hosts, they checked in with us and communicated everything we needed to know. "Our party included three generations; the youngest member being 9 years old. We had plenty of room, the kitchen was large and fully stocked with appliances, and the beds were warm and comfy. We all appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations. It made our holiday much more festive. But the best part, by far, was the sleds. We had a wonderful Christmas Eve sledding party! My nephew, the 9 year old, sledded everyday and says this was the best Christmas!"

"Our experience was great, the Cabin was lovely and very clean, the beds were comfy and the cabin had everything we needed. The communication with the Host was great as well, answered every question we had and responded quickly. The host provided some sleds which my family took full advantage of and had a great time sledding outside. Small town of Nederland was close by and we were able to grab a bit and also pick up groceries. Definitely will book again if I am ever in town."
