This property could use some updating but is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and we enjoyed the grill and outdoor table for dinner. Hosts were helpful and responsive.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we got there it was noticeably clean and well maintained. We were pleased! The rooms were a good size and the restrooms were clean. Overall it was a beautiful, stylish, clean home. We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to all the restaurants and stunning Dillon Reservoir.

Clean and well stocked. Very responsive management when we first arrived. Found couch and end table uncomfortable for adults to watch TV upstairs or sit to enjoy a drink and conversation. The upstairs bathtub/shower could use a rubber mat to avoid slipping and maybe a grab bar for stepping in and out.

This duplex is just like the pictures, beautiful and inviting and very clean with plenty of space and a great deck and backyard area for our little dog.Very enjoyable. The beds were comfortable too.

Overall the place was okay. There is absolutely no privacy, the only place there was curtains up stairs was the back window thats facing the yard, there is a window in the living room facing the neighbors house and one in the kitchen with no blinds or curtains and none of the bedrooms had curtains. We caught the neighbor more than once intensely watching us, the first time she was hiding behind her car and I noticed her and acknowledged her and she started taking pictures of us and then ran into her house. The next time she was just standing in her door at watching us and again we acknowledged her and she continued to watch us, and while we were packing to leave she was watching us. These were the times we actually caught her watching us but the window in the living room directly faces the house so I'm sure she was watching us more than that. If it wasnt for the neighborhood I would be wiling to come back but it felt like she was always watching

Fantastic location near a pond, close to Rec Path and Outlet Mall. Comfortable house with nicely supplied kitchen for a rental. Separate sleeping spaces allow for privacy. Nice fenced-in yard for pet. Very clean and neat although some signs of wear and tear.
