「I genuinely want to personally Thank Jeremy and Nelson for their hospitality! They went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were extremely comfortable. We felt completely safe and catered to with the care they showed us! I can’t forget what felt like our personal driver, Leticia! She’s absolutely amazing! I highly recommend requesting her if you need taxi services! You really made us feel at home! You guys are the best! Thank you so much! We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

「The location of property for snorkeling was great as you could easily swim in the bay and find a lot of really great snorkeling. The property was laid out to make it easy to get to things and shuttles were readily available. We initially gave our experience a rating of 2 due to issues with the toilet in the room and most importantly the attitude, laziness and work ethic of the staff members we encountered on day 1. After leaving an initial review of 2, our room was immediately corrected and the...

「The location and view from the room
Is amazing.
This is my 3rd time at the Sapphire beach club which I love and I recommended it to others.
But, the AC was almost not working. It was VERY weak. It was not cooling the room. It was humid inside the room. Definitely the ceiling fan helped but was not sufficient. I reported this to the staff but no one did anything. Which is sad. I hope this is to be considered as this is one of my favourite location at SXM.」

「The property was amazingly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning/servicing of the room does not happen everyday unless you request (and pay) for it but we always got clean towels and rubbish removed when we requested the service. The hotel has a good size beach with very calm water. Loved the beach! There were a few activities throughout the day which was nice as well. The location of the hotel was perfect for dining options (I would make reservations in high season), a...
