"Had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Reef. We booked a 2 bedroom penthouse with breathless ocean views that kept us in awe every day. We did breakfast in every day and a few nights in for dinner with gorgeous views from the balcony. Our apartment was clean, very spacious, had extremely comfortable beds, a huge balcony with two large sofas and everything you could think of, including washer and dryer, laundry detergent, and an abundance of towels, however do bring your own washcloth, as none were supplied, but we always bring our own so was not a big deal. The property is very beautiful with gorgeous homes all throughout. Our apartment overlooked the golf course and the pool was off to the left. The beach is also beautiful and is a quick drive (or nice walk) as it is on the property. The staff was very friendly and really nice. Special thanks to Thariq and Jessy who were super helpful and helped to make us feel right at home. Check in and check out is a breeze. Some construction is taking place around certain parts of the Blue Bay property and by The Reef we did see trucks during the day to remove some trees and dirt as the property is being further developed, but nothing that disrupted our stay. We loved our stay so much that we can’t wait to return."

"This remarkable spot in Willemstad sits directly on the beach yet remains near local shops, restaurants, and bars. Every design element shows careful attention to detail. The staff are welcoming and supportive. Their restaurant, the Lemon Tree, serves food at a Michelin star level. The ocean view is striking. It is undoubtedly the finest place in the area."

"Honestly, I can’t say enough about this resort. My wife and I have traveled to several all-inclusive resorts, and this was by far the best one. From the service, to the food selection, to even having hookah on the resort and endless things to do with plenty of open bars. This stay beyond surpassed my expectations. There was so much to do at the resort that we didn’t even get a chance to everything like enjoy the waterpark. The only things that I would note is that due to the humidity outside, there tends to be a decent amount of condensation in the bedrooms over time. and irons aren’t included in the room, but they are available upon request. Lastly, if you’re booking the swim up room, just know that the pool is about 5 feet deep. so for non-swimmers, something to keep in mind. We didn’t really use it much, but it was beautiful to have. Overall, a 10 out of 10 stay, and I would highly recommend for anybody looking to come to Curaçao."

"La cabaña super comoda, en todo sentido. Refri grande y cocina muy funcional. Todo el complejo donde esta es espectacular. Les recomiendo que aprovechen y vayan a la playa que está ahi que es una de las mejores de la isla. Definitivamente regresaremos ahí cada vez que vengamos a Curaçao. La ubicación también es excelente, cercq de todo. Recomendado!"

"The staff was very helpful, however, housekeeping was not doing their job correctly. I checked in on October 24th, the bedsheets were not changed, and i know because there was rice on the bed. I called front desk the next day ( by the way it was my bday), because the table with the coffee machine on it, was dirty, stained, and the coffee machine was also nasty. Housekeeping came, changed towels, made the bed without changing the sheets, did not clean well, and did not touch the coffee table. After a few minutes, a young lady came by( unfortunately i did not ask her name, she was amazing), she asked me about the coffee machine, and she asked immediately to replace the coffee machine. She was told that they do not have more coffee machine in stock. She took the coffee machine, and she washed it very thoroughly herself, brought back the machine, changed sugar, creamer and and the cups, because the ones i received during check in was dirty and full of sugar. Props to the young lady for doing her work, and to the "gentleman" who told her, that she was not her boss, just because she asked her to do his job; he needs to go home for being lazy."
