「Gorgeous hotel, amazing staff!」

「This hotel was a lovely surprise for our first trip to the Caribbean side of our adopted country Costa Rica! Beautiful hotel and beautiful grounds. We ate most of our meals at the hotel because the food is just so very good. My only real suggestion is that they close the pool at 7:00pm because the pool is right next to the lovely dining area. Inebriated adults in the pool acting like children can really spoil an otherwise beautiful ambiance and evening dining experience. Look forward to...

「This place was amazing.. the pictures Travelocity has doesnt do the place justice. The staff soooo friendly they go abvoe and beyond..not just one or two but all the staff. They have a turtle pond to see turtles and fish as well as frogs. Their cat oreo is so sweet and a fun addition for guests. We were able to see about 4 sloths on the property. The maintenence staff always kept an eye and then showed the guests where they were making the experience really nice. Not one problem w this...

「What’s not to like about this property and its staff? Everything was excellent and then some. Would like more options for dinning but then again I’m not a meat eater so it’s always difficult to find food whenever I travel, so that not on them, it’s on me. 」

「Lovely resort tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town. You wouldn’t even know it’s there. Need to have coffee makers in the rooms along with access to communal water and ice. For the price, it was expensive.」

「This property is a doorway to nature's paradise. Being set in jungle with an open living theme there is nothing to not love about Congo bongo. The cry of howler monkeys at 4am followed by the jungle waking up to the evening cry of the toucan nature is all around. The ambience is complimented by the warmth and friendliness of the people who call this place home.」
