“My adult children, spouses, and grandkids ranging in age from 7 months to 20 all had an absolutely wonderful time hanging out in this spacioius house, swimming and hot tubbing, playing pool, and cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. Two in our family even braved the river for a cold dunk before suana. The hosts were wonderfully responsive and helpful. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend.”

The owners have thought of every detail. We loved having coffee on the peaceful screened porch.The shower is especially awesome and the beds are comfortable.We all were a little sad to leave.”

“We were 4 families that rented the Osprey Manor for a weekend at Cayuga lake to view the Solar Eclipse in its path of totality on April 8, 2024. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful old house... the walk to the lake and the view of the lake from the front of the property were lovely... We especially enjoyed the lovely reading nook upstairs with a view of the lake, and many of us spent time sitting there reading books, or chatting with each other in the glow of the evening sun! “My main complaint was the listing said basic soaps To me that should include shower soap- all other places I have stayed have as well as shampoos We arrived at the property at 10 pm and had to go out to the store to buy soap so we could all shower in the morning That was the major disappointment. Otherwise the house is spacious and well kept”

“Nice property. It is a little isolated, in the middle of vast fields. No wifi or televisions, so be prepared for peaceful isolation. We struggled with tge flies and couldn't understand how they got inside. We bought some fly swatters and left tgem at the property for the next guest. Overall, it was a beautifully peaceful stay.”

The hosts are extremely accommodating and go above and beyond with small details to insure their guests have a wonderful experience.
