“I came to this property with 8 other guests for my birthday. The property was very clean when we arrived and large enough for all of us. The game room was so much fun and had so many activities to do. So even with as many people as we had, everyone was able to play and join in. Rooms were large with plenty of closet space and the sofa couch was comfortable. The property is connected to an other house but separated by a garage so we didn’t hear the neighbors. The driveway was big enough to fit……

“My only complaint is the buffet. Charging a family of four $84 for such a small buffet was disappointing. There were very few food options, and the quality and selection did not justify the price. If you're going to charge what Golden Corral charges for a buffet, the variety and value should be comparable. Families already spend a lot of money to stay here, so the dining experience should feel like it's worth the extra cost. I hope you improve the buffet by offering more variety and better……

“When I got there, I was checked into a very dirty room once got changed. The whole lounge area when you walk in was trashed. I’ve been to many Hilton properties and never have I experienced this from a Hilton property.”

“We stayed at Villa Motel while visiting the Manitou Springs area and found it to be a wonderful place to stay, especially with its convenient location near Pikes Peak. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, very clean, and included a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. “The cleaning staff needs to clean the windows and around the windows. The countertops weren’t cleaned right and the coaches could use some TLC. The TV didnt work, I couldn’t get anyone to communicate with me about it until the next day.”
