「Just my mom and I used this home at the beginning of August. We both love this home. It’s perfect for two people. Or if you’re a couple with a child, this works out really well. Bring a fan because the house doesn’t have a fan if you need some air circulation, otherwise we’ll be back here again next August. Great location. Close to restaurants and the private festival. Quiet here. Great view of the river and ocean. Just love this place. 」

「Our family of three -- wife, son, me -- plus our dog stayed a night here on a trip down the pacific coast. Great little place a short walk from an easily-accessed beach that was never crowded and great for dog-walking. Hot tub was a nice addition. Main bedroom was comfortable and the upstairs bedroom was nice for our son.Food can be found about 5-10 minutes in either direction, possibly closer. There's a nice town about ten minutes north, into Oregon, that has a fine selection of restaurants...
