“The amenities were wonderful and the host was very receptive. We had the very minor misfortune of loosing power while we were there but the host was very responsive and coordinated with us very quickly. The power came on a couple of hours later and we had flashlights with us so we were fine overall. The host checked in on us and made sure we were ok during the outage. We had snow our last day and the kids Really enjoyed the snow molding toys available at the cabin. ”

“The cabin was super secluded, which was exactly what we were hoping for. It’s basically right in Forbes State Forest, so there's a ton of hiking you can do really close by. It's not a huge place, but it was perfect for a few people or, like us, just a couple looking for a weekend break. I really want to mention how clean the cabin was. Whoever handles the cleaning deserves credit—it was spotless, without any dust at all. Overall, this was a nearly perfect stay. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at 2 Ponds with our family over the Thanksgiving holiday. The large table was perfect to sit 14 for the holiday meal! My aunt is in a wheelchair and the house layout with everything on one level allowed us to include her in all of the activities, which was wonderful! The house is large and beautiful and the photos in the listing don’t do it justice. Highly recommend! ”
