Great, friendly staff, poor facility.

First of all, the workers were all great. Friendly and helpful. The problem was the facility. It was a hot day. We booked here because it said A/C. Our room did not have it so they moved us to an apartment where the A/C barely worked. They have an exercise room but most the machines were broken. The tub had a shower wand but no curtain causing water to flood all over. Internet was available but unusable due to an intermittent single bar of signal.

Mißverständnis gleich beim Check-In - ich sollte für das Frühstück extra bezahlen, obwohl ich Übernachtung inkl. Frühstück gebucht und gleich bei Buchung bezahlt habe. Am nächsten Tag alles geklärt. Ansonsten keine Probleme. Das Frühstücksbuffet reichlich und mit einer großen Auswahl von warmen und kalten Speisen. Das Zimmer klimatisiert, gut ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig. Täglich Mineralwasser im Zimmer, kostenlos. Gute Verbindung mit dem Stadtzentrum - Straßenbahn in der Nähe. Nicht weit von der Autobahn, großer Parkplatz vorhanden.

L'hotel è una buona soluzione per viaggi di lavoro, situato in un anonimo quartiere di Sosnowiec, sobborgo di Katovice. Offre un comodo parcheggio, le stanze sono comode e silenziose, il personale gentile. La struttura è un po' triste, così come il quartiere che lo circonda (però era anche una giornata buia e piovosa di novembre!) . La colazione è varia con dolce e salato di buona qualità, è disponibile anche un ristorante.

Cet hotel est une pépite en plein milieu de la banlieue nord-est de Katowice. Certes l'environnement peut dérouter mais l'hôtel en lui-même est digne d'un lieu pour une réunion d'affaire, un séminaire d'entreprise ou simplement pour un voyage d'agrément.

Very friendly staff, great spacious room

Very friendly staff. Food was so so, one bad meal and one good. The room was great, everything looked very expensive but there was one problem with it. Seems the contractors they used to install it didn't do the best job they could have done (possibility of course that it was just my room). Don't misunderstand however, the room was very nice and at a great price too.… Oh and they make a mean latte

Rozczarowanie

Zatrzymałem sie w Sosnowcu z powodów praktycznych. Hotel miał dobre opinie. Jednak real jest słaby. Pokój był średnio czysty. W łazience ciemno jak w jaskini. To ze nie łatwo jest włączyć TV to standard w duzo lepszych miejscach :-). Pościel i wygoda łóżka raczej na poziomie motelu. Najsłabiej jednak z jedzeniem. Karta wyglada imponująco ale to zdecydowanie przerost formy nad treścią... Po prostu nie smacznie. Mimo tego ze byłem głodny po całym dniu darowałem sobie jedzenie po zupie i przystawce. Wszystko przekombinowane zamiast dobrej refionalnej kuchni. Rano na śniadaniu było jeszcze gorzej. O 9 rano wszystko przebrane, średnio świeże pieczywo, jedna szklanka i resztka soku. Wędliny zupełnie jakbym nie był na Śląsku gdzie przecież duzo dobrej wędliny. Masło które płynie pod wpływem wysokiej temperatury itd. Całości dopełniły włosy znalezione a zapiekanych pomidorach .... Uciekałem stamtąd. Podsumowując - raczej motelik niż hotel. Głownie na regionalne imprezy typu Komunia i stypa oraz przedstawiciele handlowi. Ja nie wrócę

The window and a coffeemaker

The stay at M Hotel Sosnowiec was ok. I had to cancel the first part of a stay due to unforeseen circumstances. I joked about getting some upgrade for the second part, however didn't get it. I recommend booking refundable option. Hotel location is not too good. It's ok for a person driving a car. If you rely on public transport, that's not the place to stay. Only taxis can get you somewhere. Hotel staff is ok. Although not as professional as in bigger hotels. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the bath with all the necessary amenities also clean and nice. However, the room lacked AC and on a hot nights it is a major problem. The room has a large window, when opened it hangs over the bed. So you have to think of strategy how to get to the nightstand. And during the night, if you open it wide you have to remember that. Otherwise... trouble. Also, if you open the window for the night, the noise and smell of the cars will wake you up at dawn. There is no coffeemaker in the room. That's a big minus, at least for me. It's comforting to make a cup of tea or coffee in a quiet of your room after a busy day. The restaurant at this hotel is very nice, food good, prices ok. The menu showcases Polish cuisine plus universal dishes. The breakfast bar is a typical Polish and international breakfast menu. The staff in the restaurant is very professional and courteous. The same with service personnel. Happy traveling to you all.

Jak w **** hotelu

Pobyt bardzo przyjemny. Na początek duży-przestrzenny parking. Wyposażenie pokoju prawie na poziomie hotelu ****. W łazience perfumy, mydło, żele, szlafrok i pantofle, były nawet szczoteczki do zębów, pasta oraz grzebienie jednorazowe, a w pokoju: biurko, sejf, barek i ogromne łóżko. Pokój przestrzenny, a w łazience można nawet zatańczyć :). Ogólnie bardzo miły klimat.

Bin sehr zu frieden gewesen und würde es sofort wieder buchen, wenn ich nach Polen gehe!!! Sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Better waren sehr bequem und es war sehr ruhig!

Room was nice, poorly lit. Bathroom was very nice, very large tub but the lights were not working. The switch was bad and electrical shock was a real possibility. Also, the room was cold and there was no way to heat it even though other rooms were much warmer...
