一入房間的洗手間，衛生紙是上一位房客使用到快沒有的衛生紙。 房間浴巾濕掉了，飯店人員說最多只能提供一個浴巾及一個毛巾。

應該就是體驗這一次

飯店人員訓練不足Check in弄錯人，配房原本配了7樓，改到2樓遇上路邊車聲隔音不好問題，停車資訊在隔天退房時也沒有改過去。入住也沒告知早餐時間＆地點，櫃檯電話房間打去永遠沒人接，房間浴室排水有問題，會淹到外面。 早餐到10:30,9:45早餐已經沒有東西。如果沒有跟台北松江館比，可能以為商旅就這水平，但事實上松江館不是這樣 跟台北分館比水平落差很大。 價錢往上跳但水準往下走

首先 房間沒有圖片看起來這麼大然後冷氣也不冷 衛生間沒有窗和抽氣扇 長期潮濕 然後 房間清潔的服務也很糟糕 水和衛生紙沒有補充 只幫忙丟了垃圾和整理床鋪 打客服打了幾次也沒有人聽 最後 樓下櫃檯長期沒有人 晚上陌生人可以隨時近來上樓 真的很糟糕 拜託大家不要住 這個價錢能找到更好的酒店

來台中出差首選酒店離捷運站5分鐘附近有北平食街用餐多種選擇吃消夜小7在隔壁全家全聯寶雅都近到台北看展先會把車停在停車場(停車位變多了)坐捷運轉高鐵晚上再回酒店隔天再跑台中附近的客戶早餐還可房間乾淨(多天住宿我選擇不換床單環保)skyinn

櫃檯永遠都是沒有人的。需要大聲地詢問。有沒有人 才會有人從牆壁後面緩緩樓層走出 電梯裡面也是任何陌生人可以自由進出到任何樓層

3 of us stayed for one night. The hotel only left 1/4 of the toilet paper in the bathroom and no extra roll was found. I do not understand the logic of this. Part of the plastic pieces of the shower head fell while my niece was taking a shower and hit her head. Obviously the facility is not well maintained. No staff at the front desk for assistance during our stay. The rate was doubled on weekend which is completely overcharged. I will not stay at this hotel ever again.

北平街餐店很多⋯

層樓有01的都很吵電梯馬達雜音等等⋯（801重度熱鬧）我是很好睡的人但半夢半醒半睡中還是睡不好🙀常住也習慣了（自助櫃檯機器已認定我了都給01無言）早餐有吃到鰻魚飯太驚訝了還不錯、N次入住還會再入住(#^.^#)
