Property was nice and modern. Staff very friendly. Can walk to most things but it is in a quiet business district area. No air conditioner so made the room hot as we stayed in summer. Over all would recommend.

Nice quiet aparthotel, with all the bells and whistles. Washer/dryer, automatic blackout curtains, close enough to walk to the Thames, Covent Garden, the Theatres, etc.. Ayaan at the front desk was very helpful with any questions we had, and made us feel welcome.

Too hot and noisy - avoid

What you don't see is that this is right next to a very busy and noisy pub, and that there is no air conditioning, so you have a choice of opening a tiny window for a slim breeze and being kept awake half the night by noisy drunkards and the other half of the night by noisy bin lorries, or closing the window and boiling whilst being kept awake by inefficient ceiling fans - will definitely not be staying again & left early

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to London with our baby, and it was a great experience. The hotel was extremely clean — one of the cleanest I’ve ever been to in London. The staff were kind, helpful, and truly fantastic throughout our stay. The area around the hotel was quiet and peaceful, which was perfect for us as a family. It’s also close to both bus stops and the underground, making it easy to get around the city. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and we felt very welcome traveling with a baby. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Quiet, clean and well equipped.

Lovely staff, clean and well equipped. It really is an apartment. Cutest little dishwasher. Far enough out that it very quiet. But pretty quick walk into most places. We walked down to the embankment, down to Westminster then back via Trafalgar Square then Covent Garden.

Nice rooms, helpful staff. Since it is next to the City, the area shuts down at night so it can be difficult to find restaurants nearby for dinner. Otherwise, a great little hotel.
