「Our stay was very nice. We felt safe in the house because of the off street parking, and multiple locked doors. The stairs up to the room were a little tricky to use. The neighborhood made me feel a little weary, but the street this listing was on felt safer than the others. Overall, the place served our purpose for our stay, and it was enjoyable and homey.」

「Disappointed with this stay. The property was not as clean or well-maintained as advertised. I found a torn couch, dirty bathroom with leftover soap from previous guests, dirty refrigerator, worn towels, and overall poor cleanliness. The listed address also did not match the actual property location. I contacted both the host and VRBO and documented everything with photos. Would not stay here again.」

「It was a very clean building and a beautiful, comfortable, nice sized apartment. We were supplied with a Kuerig brewer and pods. Laundry and dishwashing detergent was supplied. A 10 minute walk to Whole Foods and a few good restaurants nearby. The Broad Street Station was an 8 minute walk with frequent service to NY Penn Station. We.will definitely stay here in the future.」
