“Great location! Comfortable and spacious home!!!”

“The unit we initially reserved had an unexpected maintenance issue the day of our arrival. The host Toby immediate informed us and offered another unit a few blocks from the original. This was very close in amenities to the one we reserved. My family and I enjoyed the comfort of the beds, the large walk in shower, and close access to the subway. We would definitely recommend his properties and would stay again on our next trip.”

“While the property met my needs, I was in town for a funeral so I was barely there. However, upon returning home, I learned that a claim was filed for stolen towels and soiled duvet. I am livid that a “fraudulent” claim was made for items that were “definitely” not taken and a duvet that could not have possibly been soiled because it was not placed on the bed at all during my stay. So beware if you’re planning to stay here please take pictures or a video before checking out to protect……

“We loved this place! Great for 3 teenagers, a 4 year old and a Mom. Really safe, cute neighborhood area. The view of NYC from the kitchen and bedroom is spectacular! Parking was super easy, reserved and secured, off the street in its own lot. Everything was clean, spotless, updated and everything seemed like it was never used before. Everything you could possibly need was in the apartment. Loved how it was decorated!!! Great getaway, loved it!!!! ”
