「Don was great, very quick with communication and helpful whenever we needed something! The place is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of backyard space. We’re kind of tall people so at times it felt a bit compact but it suited us well for the timing and price. Don provided us with everything to use the fire pit, which we were very excited to do but it was cold and rainy most of the weekend. Would definitely stay again! 」

「Our stay was very nice. We felt safe in the house because of the off street parking, and multiple locked doors. The stairs up to the room were a little tricky to use. The neighborhood made me feel a little weary, but the street this listing was on felt safer than the others. Overall, the place served our purpose for our stay, and it was enjoyable and homey.」

「It was a very clean building and a beautiful, comfortable, nice sized apartment. We were supplied with a Kuerig brewer and pods. Laundry and dishwashing detergent was supplied. A 10 minute walk to Whole Foods and a few good restaurants nearby. The Broad Street Station was an 8 minute walk with frequent service to NY Penn Station. We.will definitely stay here in the future.」

「Comfortable and clean. Safe neighborhood. Includes a parking spot but was ticketed as an oversized vehicle. Mid sized SUV? Other than that would recommend staying at this property.」

「This place had a Play station, board games, and even a trampoline in the backyard. The water temp was hard to regulate and the room temp was very warm. Other than that the place was great! 」

「The host is very responsive and helpful, the apartment has everything you need, is clean, and conveniently located. The rooms are good sized and thoughtfully appointed. Having the espresso machine and stocked with everything needed for that was a great bonus! Thank you, Josue!」
