「We were disappointed in the rental of the room. The pictures look like the room had a on suite bathroom in the room. When we arrived the host was not there and we had a teenager tell us that we couldn't use the kitchen only lightly so we couldn't even cook there. The ad should clarify what's on the room upfront and not when the host contacts you. We ended up getting a hotel for our stay on San Diego.」

「For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The property owner was quick to respond, address any needs, and accommodating with requests. Parking can be challenging and other residents did not abide to quiet hours. Was surprised that there wasn't any air-conditioning, but that was an oversight on our behalf, as its not listed as an amenity provided.」

「This place was nothing like the listing. The place we stayed was a unit in a complex with walls so thin we heard loud barking dogs and people talking until after midnight. The shower drain was clogged, the towels poor quality and stained. Even the trash sack in the kitchen was ridiculously small. Property management said this would be comparable to the listing due to a last minute change but it was less bedrooms, bad neighborhood, and not a whole house. I will not be booking with this company...

「We stayed here with friends for a youth sports tournament. The property was 15-25 minutes away from everything we wanted to go to. This was a great home-base, with plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed the patio and gazebo in the morning for coffee and cocktails in the afternoon. The kids had plenty of space to spread out and the hot tub was a great addition. 」

「The property was perfect for our very short stay. It was in a safe neighborhood, and the property itself was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. In addition the owner was flexible with check in and check out. The only suggestion I would give is perhaps adding some warm touches perhaps artwork, vases, faux flowers etc. just because the place seemed a bit cold. I would stay again.」
