"Absolutely awesome experience! Have probably done 10 rentals in sea pines over the years And this was by far the best. The communication prior and during the stay was amazing. House was lacking nothing! So clean and had absolutely everything you needed down to a digital meat thermometer. Location to the Beach was 5 min walk. Same for Salty Dog. And that upper porch was our favorite spot for the week. Highly highly recommend. Could not have been better "

"The place needed some updating. There were holes in the deck rotted through. The kitchen could be better equipped, some of the pans in the kitchen were warped and scratched needed replacing and the cutlery were mismatched and stained, serving spoons could also be added. The mattresses were worn had no structure and the bed linens were scratchy and pilled. All the rugs had stains and were thread bare, especially the one in the living area where tufts were coming out and it was a tripping hazard. The place was also far from everything, not walking distance. However the area is safe and quiet which I appreciated. The pool table was a plus and my family enjoyed that. Also the bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. Found hairs on the toilet seat."

"We stayed at Dan's house for the Thanksgiving Break and we had an amazing stay. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare our Thanksgiving meal and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub throughout the week since the weather turned colder on the weekend. The house is located a short walk away from the beach and our pup enjoyed her walks on the beach as much as we did. The location is also super nice and close to biking paths which lead to all the places on Sea Pines. I would definitely stay here again. 2 families with several teenagers enjoyed our time at this great house. "

"We come to HHI several times a year and this was one of our favorite locations! Quiet and private but convenient to all of our favorite places! Waking up to see dolphins every morning was a bonus!"
