「This is a nice hotel near the beach and walkable to many restaurants and the cute area surrounding Coligny. It is clean, convenient and recently updated.」

「The property is beautiful. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The food in the restaurants in the hotel was very expensive. Appetizer, hamburger with fries and sweet tea for 2 people was close to $90. If you are a person who want to have a relaxing vacation, this is your place. 」

「Excellent condition, friendly staff, located a 5 min walk from the beach, surrounded by lots of dining and other activities. room was big, bed and pillows very comfortable. Shower was excellent. Room air conditioner a little noisy when compared to central systems but not bad. Overall a great place to stay. Will use whenever we go to Hilton Head」

「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」

「We loved the close proximity to the beach and areas of interest. We walking distance to dining, kayaking, and boating tours of the island. You are also 25 minutes away from Savannah. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast was very good. I would Highly recommended staying here if you’re visiting Tybee Island.」

「We checked in at the Desoto hotel and were escorted to the B & B by hotel staff. The B and B is a beautiful condo that has 3 guest rooms and a full kitchen available to guests along with 2 common balcony areas, one with a dining area and the other for sitting. There is a dining area where you are greeted by the Innkeeper Rick MacDuff who is from Scotland and wears his klan kilt. The breakfast he and his wife have prepared are all natural ingredients and mostly Scottish influence. Gluten free...
