「The house and room were filthy. The owner was rude and could care less that the images in the description are a misrepresentation of what the conditions actually were. The toilet didn’t work and there was trash on the floor and she said that I’d have to “deal with it” because of the low price. 」

The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. 「After I booked the place and got to the destination the owner changed the listing as not available. They ddid not call to notify me. I call the number they provided but the voice man was full. This location is not a hotel it is a house. Also the area of Newark seemed unsafe. It reminds me of the worst parts of Philadlephia. I was very disappointed and would like a refund. 」

「Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. 」
