“Cleaning staff, valets, and front desk personnel were most kind, friendly and extremely hospitable. Tour of lobby's art exhibit was led by a woman (whose name escapes me) who arranged the exhibit and answered my many questions about each painting/ art piece and the artist who creeated it. The night manager, Gregory, was especially friendly and helpful to me on the night I arrived. We chatted at length.”

“Beautiful spacious room with a balcony . Fully updated but still had an old world charm to it . The bathroom was spotless, bed was super comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome with a complimentary bottle of champagne . The only thing that needed an upgrade was their tv - it was too small for the room and no Netflix etc available. The hotel has an excellent location too, walkable to the waterfront and kings street etc”
