「Clean room, friendly staff, atrocious price for breakfast.」

「Awesome Stay」

「This resort has so much potential to be a 5 star hotel. However, there’s some things that have to be addressed. Housekeeping is shaking. Our coffee area had old coffee drippings on the border. The bathroom was full of hair from previous guest. We stayed on the second floor and you could hear peoples dogs barking. There was a wedding that weekend and the reception went pretty late, music blaring but that’s fine. The issue came after the wedding the wedding party was hanging out in the hallway....

「When we arrived to check in I was given my room. No one told me that my room had been downgraded until we went up to see it. When I called, they basically told me that since I booked with Expedia (3rd party) that I had to take what I could get. 」

「There are a lot of rooms here, but owned by different parties... so it sort of depends on who's you get. Ours was fine... and few better and a few worse from those I saw.」

「Our room was clean. Bed was very comfortable, my husband loved the cookies nightly, i wish there was a gluten free option. Starbucks was convenient. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Did not use spa or business center 」
