「Thomas was amazing/excellent and a prized member of your team, he was a pleasure to deal with on both nights I stayed with you he should be rewarded for his AMAZINGNESS!!!!
He even attempted to defuse the situation after I was unfortunately woken up by another concerned member of your staff at 5:30am because they were concerned about a low temperature alarm going off in my room. Sadly I had turned the temperature down intentionally because I like to sleep in a cool room, I wish the staff...
