Odd and poorly executed repairs, like a standard hollow core bathroom door from Home Depot, unpainted and a butchered installation where it barely opens and closes. Had to be escourted to the room because “the key machine wasn’t working.” Walked into the room with a deodorizing bomb still on the floor. I should have asked for another room but I arrived at 1:45am and just needed sleep.」

On the second day, the host inform me of pending heatwave and offered a second air conditioner for my comfort, which was installed same day. The other thing I loved were the bathroom towels! They were Brooks Brothers and oh so soft. It was the little things for me.」
