"Deluxe room was smallish. Bathroom small. AC system kept automatically cycling between cool and heat, necessitating waking up at 3am to change back to heat. Sofa bed was awful and will hurt your back. Plus was there is onsite washer and dryer, altho dryer required 6 lbs in coins, which the front desk may or may not have. Area was kinda dead at nite. Heard police sirens all nite long from my 3d floor room. "

"We stayed at this hotel for ten nights, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. On the very first night, we noticed that the air conditioner was making loud and disturbing noises. Despite reporting this issue to the hotel several times, no effective solution was provided. It was not until the seventh day of our stay that we were finally allowed to change rooms. However, the new room was poorly prepared and lacked several basic amenities — one set of towels was missing, there was no hairdryer, no dish sponge, and no oven mitts, all of which had been provided in our previous room. Although the missing towels were replenished promptly, the absence of a hairdryer was completely unacceptable. I only discovered it after washing my hair late at night, and when I contacted the front desk, I was told there were no spare hairdryers available — not even the one from our previous room, which had already been assigned to new guests, even though its air conditioning issue had not yet been fixed. It is difficult to decide which is more concerning — assigning guests to a room with a broken air conditioner, or not having enough hairdryers for all rooms. The next day, the hairdryer was eventually delivered, but it was hidden inside a cabinet, and I had to search for it myself. Why not simply place it on the table or sofa? There was more than enough space. As for the remaining missing items, they only arrived after I repeatedly contacted the hotel via WhatsApp — three or fo"
