「There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. 「The studio was lovely and well kept. Modern and great for a night's stay. We stayed in the summer and It is very hot inside, the owner does provide a fan which was a godsend. My only real issue was there's an excessive amount of mould and mildew in the shower. I wouldn't normally put it as a issue because mould in grout is common, difficult to remove and not a big deal but this was also on the surface of the tiles which can be dealt with. Overall it was good value for money and I would stay...

「We have had a wonderful time in London; the apartment is amazing. With two small children, the access was easy, with a bus station just 4-5 minutes away, walking, to the center of London. My youngest leaves the house, just saying, "Goodbye, magical house," and that describes it all. They adore sleeping in the Harry Potter bed and on the top bed. The house has everything else we need for our four-night stay. So we will be back for sure.」
