“Everything was nice”

“The location of the hotel is a real negative. As an English tourist, I have never felt so unsafe at a location in my life. The motel isn’t secure and we later found out that it is located in one of LA’s worst areas. I was frequently told by Americans/Uber drivers that it is dangerous to be around that area. The room itself was fine. The reception had a blacked out window so I couldn’t see who I was talking to. It was a very uneasy feeling staying there.”

“Worst motel experience I've ever had. Two of us, both women, stayed for one night and felt extremely unsafe. At 1:30 AM, two men banged on our door telling us to open up. We called the police and staff, but no one responded for hours. Another random man knocked on our door in the morning as well. We couldn't sleep and left as soon as it was light. This was my first time staying in LA, and I wish I had known more about the area beforehand. The location did not feel safe, and considering the……

“We had a wonderful stay! The place truly felt like a home away from home. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which was especially appreciated since there were eight of us. My whole family really enjoyed our stay.The location was convenient and not too far from everything we wanted to do. Our host was very nice, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. We had a great experience and would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!”
