「Staff was kind but we got there late and office was closed. Had to wake up the owner and was never texted room number or key code as they promised. Door was opened by manager and since we didn't have key code, couldn't leave room or would get locked out. Good location on beach, but room smelled like weed. Had to spray Fabreze and Lysol throughout. Would have left except we were tired and it was after 11 pm. Seedy characters hanging around motel also. Was afraid to go out at night.」

Only thing I disliked was when I politely declined the gifts to do a presentation (timeshare presentation offer), the staff seemed to become agitated that I was not interested. Other than that, I would highly recommend and would stay again.」

「We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Ellie’s Beach Resort! Our room was super chic, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location is amazing, and the pools were really nice, especially the adults-only pool! The staff was friendly, and we appreciated having our bed made and fresh towels every day. My only complaint is that the rooms aren’t swept or mopped during our stay. With all the sand from the beach, it would have been nice to have the floors cleaned, as the sand all over the room was a bit...
