“Ac wasn’t working when we arrived at room it was hot and they said they were to booked to move me anywhere else maintenance was no help came in took temperatures and saw it wasn’t working said they were gonna talk to management and get back to never heard back from them my whole stay there. Patio door handle broken made it difficult to go on the patio fridge door broken microwave door broken. It felt like a run down hotel not the luxury stay it use to be.”

“The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. All the rooms come with microwave and refrigerator which is great. The microwave and refrigerator were not working in my aunt's room but the hotel replaced them immediately. They also replaced the air-conditioning in her room right away when it stopped working. Which was great! The breakfast omelette's were delicious, and the overall breakfast selection was good. There are two elevators in the building but only one of them was working the……

“Loved every aspect of this bar from the rooms to the hotel staff and amenities. Love the no kids policy. Great location to get anywhere on the island.”

“This was right on the beach and had an excellent restaurant on the property. Food and drinks were excellent and very friendly bartender and waiter. They even brought our dogs some bacon and water. Hotel seemed a bit pricey however it was the weekend and we had to pay extra for our dogs. Bed was very comfortable.”

“I would probably not stay here again. Here are my lists of positives and negatives: Positives: 1. Convenient location to beach, restaurants, etc… 2. Quiet. 3. Plenty of parking. 4. Staff was pretty decent. Negatives: 1. Poor shower pressure. Doesn’t help after a day at the beach dealing with sand. 2. First night, AC didn’t work. After a day in the sun, we slept in a hot room. AC got fixed the next day. Couldn’t switch rooms. 3. We had one towel in our room. Staff said there was a limit.……

“Overall, we had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the bar area was a nice place to relax. My only complaint is the parking. There wasn’t clear information about where guests were supposed to park, and unfortunately I ended up getting a parking ticket for parking in the wrong space. Better signage or clearer instructions at check-in would have made the experience perfect. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach”

“If I can rate this place a zero i would. The worst experience i ever had. Me and my family didn’t even feel safe staying there. The first room the owner offered us had a bad smell and the pillows were dirty. Then he offered us an 2nd room smell better but at this time we didn’t feel safe to stay there. I left and tried to check out. They were not willing to give any funds back. Please run don’t book here at all!!!!!!”
