"The place is beautiful and comfortable with an array of fine restaurants. There were a couple things I didn't like. First, there was no microwave in the room. There was a fridge, but no microwave. I;m sure this is to discourage guests from eating in their rooms and to force them to use the on-property restaurants.
Second, I had a 6am flight and was assured the hotel airport shuttle started service at 4 am. I arrive at the shuttle site ten minutes early to assure I didn't miss it. At 4:15 I asked where the shuttle was and assured it was on it's way. At 4:30 a cab swung by and I flagged it down and made it to the airport barely an hour before the door closed on my flight. If you have an early flight, I don't know that you can rely on the hotel shuttle."
