"I’ll admit, I didn't quite know what to expect when booking this stay, but I walked away incredibly impressed. This hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we walked into our initial room, it was clear that the property exceeds expectations—clean, beautifully designed, and much more spacious than the photos let on. We did encounter a minor issue with the bathroom shortly after checking in (a slight plumbing hiccup). I mentioned it to the front desk just to let them know, and their response was immediate and exemplary. Instead of sending up a quick fix or making us wait around, the staff went above and beyond, immediately apologizing for the inconvenience and transferring us to a brand-new, immaculate room. The level of hospitality here is top-tier. The entire team was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about the quality of our stay. What started as a minor inconvenience turned into a demonstration of flawless customer service."

"The room, a Tuscany Tower King Suite, was recently renovated and was very nice. The pool and hot tub area were great although it was a cool and slightly breezy day. The casino area was fantastic and the staff went out of their way to make sure that our needs were met. The reason for my “less than excellent “ rating was because of our experience at the Bimini Steakhouse. My wife and were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary at the place that we got married and decided to splurge a little for a special dinner. My wife loves crab legs and asked what the “Market Price” was for the 1 lb dinner. Our waiter said that it was $151.00. After discussing this with my wife we decided that the occasion warranted the price and she ordered it. Approximately 5 minutes later our waiter came back and said he had made a mistake and that the price was actually $180.00. I was hoping that he would honor the lower price but he did not. Because my wife was looking forward to the crab legs dinner we stated that we still wanted her dinner choice. Drinks were around $18 each. Needless to say, our dinner, although very delicious, was more than we had anticipated. On a good note, I explained this to the lady doing our “Check Out” and she credited our bill $50.00. Would I stay at the Peppermill again, “Yes” it is a gorgeous facility and well worth a visit to anyone going for the first time."

"The entire hotel smells like heavy cigarette smoke… you can’t breathe! If you are a non smoker this place is not for you .. they walk around with cigarettes in their hands everywhere!!! Even to check in man in back of me smoking… disgusting!!! They say they have non smoking machines area , well it’s so small and over taken with smoke anyway!! Terrible !!"
