“The property is very much as listed. Very centrally located and easy to get around. Property management was very good and easy to deal with the entire time. It’s a small issue but the interior doors are glass and let in light at night from the exterior lights of the house and the street. May be an issue if you want a totally dark room at night. I”

“We booked this VRBO for a guys' golf trip and it was perfect! The location was the best part being so close to Old Town while also being in close proximity to some of the best courses Phoenix has to offer. The house is in a neighborhood, but the backyard made us feel like we were in our own little oasis. We spent the majority of our time listening to music, swimming, and putting on the small putting green. Inside, the house had everything we could have possibly needed. Plenty of bed space, room……

“Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. It is very high end, elegantly designed and every creature comfort was planned for. The outdoors were incredible, it felt like a celebrity boutique resort. We lounged by the pool, played pickle-ball and puttered. We felt refreshed and peaceful staying here. It was super clean and is just a wonderful spot. The Old Town trail is at the end of this private, exclusive street. Tremendous location! Five stars all around - fantastic property, lovely hosts.”

“Awesome property that worked great for our large group of golfers. Centrally located in Scottsdale, short ride to golf courses, airport, old town. Plenty of room for a large group to sleep comfortably. Great backyard with multiple games and places to hang out. Host was very friendly and communicative.”

“The accuracy of the property was exactly as expected. Theresa was excellent to communicate with. We were a group of 12 down in Phoenix on a golf trip. The villa had ample space so that people didn't feel crowded. It should be noted that two of the listed bedrooms was really one room with a partial glass partition. Everyone found their assigned rooms very comfortable and clean. The only issue we experienced was that the ice maker in the refrigerator was not working. This villa would be excellent……
