“What a fantastic hotel in a great location. Our room is fantastic. It’s a big studio-sized room with a full kitchen and just very expansive. It’s really well done and comfortable. It will be our new place when coming to Scottsdale.”

“Service is not very good as they don’t send me the receipt to my email correctly. And I call back after few days I checked out request that the receipt. Their attitude not very good. And the room is a bit noisy at night from outside as it’s close the club and bar area. If you need a quiet night at hotel, this is not a good choice. ”

“We had a comfortable stay, the room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Spacious shower with strong water pressure. We enjoyed the privacy of the outdoor courtyard. ”

“April was so rude checking me in she made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. That was not a good start to my stay. However the rooms are clean and the area is well kept.”

“We loved our stay. Excellent breakfast every morning. Fresh coffee. Always fresh cut fruit and a fruit bowl. The breakfast sandwiches were a real treat. Plenty of food options. Wonderful friendly staff always ready to fill a request. The pool and whirlpool were very clean with fresh towels on hand. The lounge had a nice menu and there's a Starbucks on site! We will definitely visit again.”

When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.”
