“Overall an okay stay, dirty floors but the bed felt great. We booked because they had a breakfast buffet available. I came down to get some and bring it up to my sleeping boyfriend, and at the elevator two female staff stopped me and said "You're not allowed to bring breakfast up. Other people are asking because of you" which is such a weird and rude way to phrase it... they never told me this rule at check in, if it was written anywhere I missed it clearly. Waited a minute for my boyfriend to……

“There were roaches also I booked reservations they kept telling me they couldn’t see it only one that was canceled and that maybe Expedia gon send me a cancellation because they were already booked for the double bed room that I requested… I had to be cramped up in a I bed room with my 4 children I only took it because we’ve been driving and I need rest …. We also had 1 face towel and when I ask for another sheet or blanket they stated they were out”

“Rooms were very clean and comfortable, thankfully the staff saved some of my items that were left behind and kept them at front desk for my pick up.”
