"Spacious room with a lovely lookout over the sea front and view of Herd Goyne. Bed mattresses weren’t the most comfortable, maybe time for replacing. Weather was very hot during our stay and the room was warm, but reception provided a fan on request which helped. Great location with an easy walk along the beach promenade to the Marine Park and Ocean Road. Plentiful and easy parking."
