“It's a fantastic place to stay, but the wallpaper which is fab could do with glueing down in the room we stayed in 132. Also herb sausage is not breakfast sausage, maybe do just pork or beef sausage. Everything else was fantastic lovely stay.”

“Lights tripped twice on arrival, fan in bathroom very noisy. Lack of power points by bed. Didn’t replenish any tea, milk or toilet rolls. Windows didn’t open or close properly which meant you could hear everything on the street. Location excellent, very good shower and nice big room. Hallway smells divine. ”

“It's a very nice hotel with plenty of charm and a really nice location. Cruise ships and other large ships come right past and it's not far of a walk to the main beach area and Pleasure Beach and was nice and quiet for our stay. Hard to fault the hotel in general. Breakfast was very nice as well. Staff were friendly. The rooms were roomy and looked nice but unfortunately the pieces didn't add up to what I had hoped for. It was a hot weekend and fortunately quiet so we could have the window……

“Unfortunately we were unable to stay at the Longship. We arrived after our concert to a closed pub. In the write up it states check in after 2pm with no end time, it also states to communicate with the property for late check in to arrange access no one responded. Please change the wording in the advert to explain better checking in only in pub hours.”
