"The house is great. We were a large group and there was plenty of of space. Sherrie was great and communicated with us throughout the stay."

"Overall great experience amazing house it was very accommodating to my whole family and friends. Only down side were the last check in and the additional fee to use the hot tub. This was the latest check in I’ve had with a bnb and the early check in fees were not reasonable. We appreciate the quick responses when we needed help or when the house needed assistance y’all were very on top of getting it fixed."

"Unit is directly on the beach. However you have to walk thru one of the guest bedrooms to gain access or walk around the complex. It was a little weird to walk in and out of someone’s bedroom. The only other negative was there was no storage anywhere. No closets or a pantry. However we had a good time for a 3 generation vacation."

"We had the best stay at Sandpiper Cove! The location couldn’t be beat and we appreciated all of the little extras that were provided for guests. The beach access was amazing and we loved the beach accessories (and wagon) that were provided. We will absolutely be back!!!! Josh was an amazing host!"

"This is our second trip to PCB, as a "second chance" since the last one left us some bad taste at a different property. We're impressed how this one turned out despite the surrounding vibe didn't quite feel like family atmosphere. But the townhouse made up for it, manager was very responsive and straight forward, property was clean and comfy (not sure about one of the sofas though). Thank you, we'll be back."
