「I booked late in the day but staff were very welcoming on check in. Clean, warm and comfy room. Great pub attached and Excellent breakfast. Location is ideal right at the top of a busy high street but noise wasn't an issue during the stay.」

「A really good, well priced hotel. Good sized, clean room with comfortable bedding. Quiet rooms. Netflix connectivity is available on the huge in-room television. Friendly staff. There is an additional charge for parking, which I found disappointing as a guest staying at the hotel, which is not in a town or city centre location Parking is +£12 per night.. The EV charging points are plentiful, but charging is expensive. 」

「Absolutely lovely hotel, first class service and attention to detail. Staff are extremely helpful and no small request is too much. Food is delicious and the location serene. An outdoor pool with country side views and huge, comfortable rooms at affordable price. Highly recommend and looking forward to visiting again. Superb stay and hospitality thank you 」

「I’ve stayed here several times now when in Chelmsford for work. Lovely place, nice staff, rooms are fab and reasonably priced. A short drive to a park and ride into Chelmsford so perfect for me! Will definitely stay again and recommend!」
