“Adorable hotel! So cute and well decorated, lots of thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. Each floor had a little sitting area that had comfortable chairs and couches and decorated so cozy. Lots of games and puzzles to play there as well. Our room was so cute and beautifully decorated. Room had fridge and everything in it was complimentary. Also tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room. Our room came with complimentary breakfast, probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had! ……

“The bar was great. It was a little hard moving luggage up stairs to 2nd floor. The room was a little small but perfect for a short stay. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable for a night.”

“Good environment and nice room”

“Very friendly and welcoming owner.”

“Good: The decoration of the room is cozy and in good classic style There is a bar on the ground floor which is good Staff are nice and friendly Bad: Strong smell in the bathroom which is disgusting, we think that comes from the eroding wood The water boiler is not clean and there is even water remain inside Being asked for the room key after check out but believe their staff mixed things up (Wrong number tag on the key)”

“傳統的英國鄉村旅館，餐食比預期中的美味，感覺上餐廳的評價比客房住宿的部分還高。”

“I have stayed a few times over the years and i think its a great value pub with rooms i stayed 3 nights and my room was good as always, the team were all good and i would recommend to friends and family without hesitation.”

“L’ambiance du pub, accueillant.”

“The hotel was further from Lyndhurst than I expected and although that wasn't an issue, it was further than I anticipated. This for us was the only downside to the stay. The room was cosy and comfortable and somewhat quirky. We loved its uniqueness. The hotel restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed our dinner there on our overnight stay. We would definitely stay again as it was convenient for a stop over before embarking on a cruise the following day from Southampton.”

“Staff was excellent. Food in restaurants were very good. Plenty of option and good portions”

“Nice hotel in a great location. We enjoyed our stay”

“The property was kept warm at all times and a good breakfast choice was offered. There was a good choice of evening meals. The only criticism was the noise of doors banging which caused the fabric of the building to shake. On a positive note the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The bedroom was always kept clean and the bed was comfortable. The car park was good and there were ample spaces. I would certainly visit again.”

“Room was very clean and well presented, with all expected facilities. Plenty of parking and welcoming staff. Breakfast provision was not clear when booking but was available to purchase each morning. The menu suggested that continental breakfast was included in the price of all cooked breakfasts but it was not evident. Breakfast was a good portion size and very tasty. Evening meals available at a discounted price and were very filling. These was some evidence of a historic water leak in……
