“Place was never cleaned, pull back sheets and hair everywhere, ( I slept on the couch) clumps of hair in the living room, hair in tub and bathroom, brown stains on kitchen floor (I'm hoping it was chocolate). Response from management "OH, that's terrible".....I would never stay there again!”

“perfect location in downtown Banff. We were in town for a wedding. Having the Canoe Suites across the street was ideal for picking up buses, grabbing breakfast and sitting outside by the fire for a drink. The accommodations were spot on. Wonderful and memorable time in Banff for our family.”

“When I checked in , I used the toilet which came off its attachment. I notified the manager about it and he asked if I wanted to cancel , I should have taken him up on that. There was no towel rack, unfinished baseboards and an electrical cover that was missing making it unsafe according to housing standards. To make matters worse the manager billed me for damage that I had not done This is a basement unit that needs some work I dont recommend staying here!”
