"Great staff and awesome hotel"

"Too crowded for complimentary breakfast For late check ins have luggage carts ready, we had no carts available and Brandy at the front desk didn’t help find one for us Bathroom was mediocre and not the nice one I expected from pictures with small counter space Bed was comfy All staff besides Brandy the night we arrived was EXCELLENT! Very professional and helpful! "

"Everything was fine - the staff were vey friendly and helpful. The is no breakfast service, per se. There is a restaurant, but expensive for breakfast. The water pressure was very low and the hot water basically not available - lukewarm at best. The staff said this was a city problem..."

"The location of the hotel was great, just a couple of blocks from the French Quarter and Canal street. The Green trolly stops right in the corner of the hotel. The hotel was very nice and clean. Although the room was very small, other than that everything else was great."

"Great locale, check in desk staff excellent and very helpful. Room 1019 had very noisy AC & bathrm hot water tap in sink needs adjusting Roof pool wonderful & relaxing w great breeze. Will definitely stay again"
