“The building is a little bit older, however the apartment is updated and has everything you need. There is a full kitchen. Bathroom and shower with great water pressure. Everything was very clean, from the bed to the living and dining areas. If you plan to do laundry bring quarters, it’s 1.50 for a wash and dry. “Great location while I took a 3-day art/printmaking workshop at Shake Rag Alley Art Center. Lovely living room above High Street, plus an enclosed back porch with an electric heater for colder days. Comfy bed(s) and spacious kitchen with coffeemaker and coffee, plus an electric kettle & tea (my preference.) I didn't cook, but the kitchen is ready for those who wish to do so. ”

“This apartment is very clean and has a cozy feel; the host was also very responsive and friendly. I cooked in the kitchen and it had all the utensils I needed, and it even had an electric kettle—most places don’t provide for tea drinkers like me! Be aware, though, that the apartment opens almost directly onto a street that large trucks sometimes drive by on, and that there is a back door into a business hallway which only locks with a handle lock (not a deadbolt).
