「Where do I start
3 times my card didn’t work which led to my little son crying saying he wanted to leave
A man came out his room and I’ve never smelt Anything like it , he said had I eaten at the hotel today , I said no I’m trying to get into my room for the second time , the smell was horrendous
Girl on reception didn’t smile once and very rude , the manager was better though
My son was actually scared about this hotel and said why don’t we just sleep in the car it’s safer
