“The room was dirty before arrival there were stains on the bed the room had dirt all in it the bath mat and bath tub both had mold the door handle was broken the microwave and fridge was dirty I called about checking in and they told me I can check in at 1:30 I wasn’t able to check I till 8 pm this hotel was terrible I would not recommend and when I called for a refund they denied it with all the pictures I had of the room”

“I chose this place because it's more affordable and has elevators since I knew I'd be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, but when we arrived, they told us the elevator was down and had a guy help carry the luggage for us. The next morning we had to carry them on our own, and it was very inconvenient. Wifi was extremely slow; we couldn't really use it. We had to stay up for an hour trying to get it fixed. The bathroom sink is clogged. No toiletry except for bar soap and towels.,……

“No refrigerator or microwave even though it was listed. Got the wrong number of beds. Bugs. No one would help us move rooms. When we did finally move rooms smelled like cat urine and they refused to move us even though I’m allergic to cats.”

“It was close to a lot of Alamo Heights which has lovely shopping and excellent restaurants. It is affordable and clean and adjacent to my favored parts of the city. Those seeking closeness to the SA most famous attractions might find it remote”
