“This hotel was great. We had an issue with our tv not working when we got there and they went out of their way to fix it same day. Every hotel employee we met was kind and always accessible. The hotel itself was very clean and the breakfast was great. The food and variety of foods was great. All the tables were cleaned as soon as people left. Everything was restocked when low and the lady in charge was consistently checking things. Will definitely stay there again. ”

“The room was clean. Had normal amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. Close to Lackland Air Force Base. Restaurants close They gave us complete instructions on how to get on base for all the graduates activities. The best part of this hotel was location , location. It was great for our family. ”

“When we arrived to the property there was a sign on the door that said they had limited availability due to being under construction. However the area felt unsafe the manager did state they had no rooms available. That it was a system error on behalf Expedia she did not understand why they allowed me to book. She then gave me a letter stating I canceled the room. Instead of stating why we did not stay there the letter stated other wise. Just crossing my fingers I don’t get charged by the……
