"Property(as in hotel)needed attention, hallways in stairwell were stained and dirty. Our screen in our room was broken and let flys/bugs in. Other than that AMAZING "

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, but it’s the amazing staff that truly made my stay exceptional. Thank you for making my trip to Madison so enjoyable.
