「Great stay. Lovely room in block across from the main hotel. Comfy beds, tea, coffee and biscuits and complementary water. Lovely free bathroom products. Room 300. Managed to get a parking space in the very tight car park. Friendly and attentive staff. Lovely breakfast. Great cocktails. Will come again 」

「Absolutely fantastic property. Messaging the owner was simple, with quick responses. Great neighborhood. Easy 5 minute walk (downhill) to shops, pubs and restaurants. A little longer (and more work) back up the hill. Extremely clean, well appointed and comfortable. Easy to get to local estates and attractions. If renting a car, get the smallest you can as the streets in and around Bakewell are very narrow. Would rent again!」

「Staff were excellent. Food very good. Appreciated group of 10 having separate area for meals. Not keen on the bath in the bedroom, nowhere reachable to put soap or shampoo. No washbasin in the toilet. Would be better to make shower room with toilet. Bath not easy to get in and out.」
